Cost Price (CP) = 100/100 – gain% × SP

Thus, the Cost Price (CP)

= 100/100 – 4 × 57.6

= 100/96 × 57.6

= 100 × 57.6/96

= 5760/96 = 60

Thus, the Cost Price (CP) = $60
