Formula to find the speed

Speed = Distance/Time

= 54/18 = 3 km/h

Thus, speed = 3 km/h

Calculation of the distance in the given time using formula

Formula to find the distance

Distance = Speed × Time

= 3 km/h × 28 hour = 84 km

Thus, the distance covered in the given time = 84 km Answer

Calculation of the Distance using formula

Given,

Distance = 54 km

Time = 18 hour

Thus, distance covers in 28 hour = ?

∵ In 18 hours the distance covered = 54 km

∴ In 1 hour the distance covered = 54/18 km

∴ In 28 hours the distance covered

= 54/18 × 28 km

= 54 × 28/18 km

= 1512/18 = 84 km

Thus, the distance covered in the given time = 84 km Answer
